Shipping & Delivery Policy
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shine Spectacle LTD is not responsible for shipment delays or delivery issues once a package has left our warehouse and is in the possession of the courier. Please note that, due to recent safety measures and unprecedented situations, couriers may no longer require signatures upon delivery.
If a package is marked as delivered by the courier according to tracking information but cannot be retrieved at the shipping address, Shine Spectacle LTD does not accept responsibility for the loss. Unfortunately, we do not replace or refund an order after it has been confirmed as delivered to the correct address by the courier. We recommend contacting the courier directly to resolve this matter.
We are committed to ensuring our clients' orders are completed thoroughly and without delay. However, the arrival dates cannot be guaranteed, as factors such as order volume, postal mishandling, and technical malfunctions may influence delivery. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and select holidays. It typically takes 3-5 business days to process your order. Once your order is processed and shipped, an email with your tracking number will be sent. Currently, we only offer regular shipping, and transit times may vary depending on the destination.
All packages are shipped with a signature requirement. Please provide an address where a recipient can sign for the package. If no one is available during delivery, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
Estimated Delivery Times:
For Canada, orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post and typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days. For United States orders, shipping via UPS or FedEx will usually take between 3 and 10 business days. UK deliveries through Royal Mail or DPD generally take around 3 to 5 business days, while European orders shipped with DPD, PostNL, or UPS usually take about 5 to 10 business days. International orders shipped via UPS or FedEx may require 10 to 15 business days for delivery, and orders going to Australia are typically shipped via Startrack or UPS, arriving in 3 to 7 business days.
Orders for Canada and the U.S.
Orders going to Canada and the U.S. are shipped from our Canadian warehouse using UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post. If UPS makes three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. They may hold the package at a nearby facility after the third unsuccessful attempt. You should check the UPS site frequently for updates on your package's status. A notice card will be left to inform you where to pick up your parcel. If you do not receive a notice card, contact UPS to confirm the pickup facility address.
Please note that UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes; therefore, providing a residential or work address is best.
European Orders
European orders are shipped from our EU warehouse using DPD, PostNL, or UPS.
International Orders
For international orders, we use UPS or FedEx as the courier service. Occasionally, international shipping to some countries can take 2-3 weeks. We are not responsible for delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance process or courier transit time.
Orders to Australia
Orders going to Australia are shipped from our Australian warehouse via STARTRACK or UPS.
Duties and International Fees
Applicable customs or import duties are usually charged when the package arrives in the destination country. The receiver is responsible for paying these shipment fees, which apply to both retail and wholesale customers. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government, are not collected by Shine Spectacle LTD, and cannot be refunded. We cannot estimate or confirm these costs as customs policies and import duties vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on fees before placing your order to avoid unforeseen charges.
For Europe, international, and Australian shipments, we ship packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid) and they may be subject to import duty. We are not aware of these charges; should you be contacted via our shipper, you will be responsible for these charges before receiving your order.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. If an incorrect shipping address is provided, please contact us at OswaldLoveable18082@outlook.com immediately. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, and there is a limited time frame to correct or change the shipping address of your order, and we cannot guarantee the change. The courier may not accept an address change if the parcel has already been shipped. Should the parcel be returned and the buyer requests to reship the package, additional shipping fees may apply.
Order Cancellation/Modification
If you decide to cancel or modify your order, please write to us at OswaldLoveable18082@outlook.com as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made, as there are varying time limits within which we can act. If it is too late for our team to cancel or modify your order, you can return it once you have received it.
Please note that if a Shine Spectacle account is created after placing an order, the order will not appear in your dashboard. We are also unable to link the order to a new account. Consequently, only orders placed with a Shine Spectacle account will appear in your account. If you place an order as a guest, you will still receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.
